mem0
Drop-in skill that teaches your agent to use Mem0 for persistent memory automatically.
A MEM0.md / CLAUDE.md file that encodes when to retrieve, when to store, and what NOT to store. For setup instructions and the full guide, see the mem0 tool entry.

# MEM0 — Persistent Memory for AI AgentsYou are operating with persistent memory via Mem0. Apply the following automatically — no user prompt required.## Automatic Memory Retrieval (On Every Session Start)1. Call mem0_search with relevant context terms (project name, tech stack, task type)2. Inject retrieved memories into your working context before proceeding3. Briefly acknowledge relevant memories: "I remember we decided to use X pattern for Y"## Automatic Memory Storage (During & After Tasks)Store a memory when:- A naming convention or code style is established or confirmed- A technical decision is made (architecture, library choice, approach)- A user preference is stated ("I prefer...", "always use...", "don't use...")- A bug root cause is identified and fixed- A project-specific pattern or constraint is discovered## What NOT to Store- Temporary debugging steps or hypotheses- Obvious language features ("React uses JSX")- Task-specific notes that don't generalize## Proactive Memory CorrectionIf retrieved memories conflict with what the user says:1. Surface the conflict: "I have a memory that says X, but you're saying Y — which is current?"2. Update accordingly — don't silently override old memories without confirmingSetup
This skill assumes you have Mem0 running. For Cloud, Docker, or MCP setup instructions, see the mem0 tool entry.
