Privacy Policy

Enpitech Ltd. ("Enpitech", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use enpitech.dev and the Enpitech MCP App, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It expands on the privacy section of our Terms & Conditions.

This policy covers "personal information": information about an identified person, or a person who can reasonably be identified. It does not cover information about companies, or data that cannot be linked to a person.

1. Who we are

The website and the MCP App are operated by Enpitech Ltd. (company number 516306073), 44 Gordon St., Givatayim 5322711, Israel. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected], call +972-52-465-3373, or use the contact form on the site.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form enquiries: your name, email, message, and optionally your phone number and company.
  • AgentReady report requests: the website address you scanned, its score, and the name, email, and optional phone and company you enter to receive the report.
  • Newsletter and community signups: your email, and for the Frontendistim WhatsApp community your name and phone number and whether you opted in to the newsletter.
  • Workshop and course registrations: your contact details, the course you registered for, and billing and payment details, handled as described in our Terms.
  • Website chat: the messages you type or speak to the assistant on our site and its replies.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, we and our analytics providers collect technical information such as IP address, browser and operating system, device type, pages visited, time on page and approximate location. See section 6 on cookies.

3. The Enpitech MCP App

The Enpitech MCP App lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT show our contact form and our AgentReady scanner inside a conversation. It is a public server with no login, and it receives only the inputs of the tool that is called. It does not receive the rest of your conversation, your AI account details, or your chat history.

  • contact_form opens the form and receives only which topic the form is about. Nothing is stored.
  • submit_contact receives the name, email, message, and optional phone and company you entered, and saves them as an enquiry, exactly like the contact form on our website.
  • agent_ready and agentready_scan receive a website address, fetch that public site and return a score. The address is not stored.
  • email_agentready_report receives the name, email, optional phone and company, and scan details you entered, emails you the report, and saves the request as an enquiry.

Your IP address, as passed on by the AI platform, is used only to limit abuse (rate limiting). It is held briefly in memory and is not saved with your enquiry. Your use of the AI assistant itself is governed by that platform's own privacy policy.

4. How we use information

  • To answer your enquiry and provide the services you asked for.
  • To send the AgentReady report or newsletter you requested, and service messages we are required to send by law.
  • To issue invoices and collect payment for services you ordered.
  • To run, secure and improve the site and the MCP App, including preventing fraud and abuse and reviewing chat conversations to improve the assistant's answers.
  • For legal purposes, such as complying with the law and court orders.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it for us to run the services you asked for, and only as far as they need it:

  • Notion: stores enquiries, community signups and chat conversation logs.
  • Mailchimp: manages the newsletter mailing list.
  • Resend: sends emails such as AgentReady reports.
  • Anthropic and Google (Gemini): generate the website chat and voice assistant's replies.
  • Fly.io: hosts the website and the MCP App.
  • Analytics and advertising providers (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PostHog, Meta and LinkedIn): see section 6.

We may also disclose information to authorities when required by law or by a court order, to protect our legitimate interests in a legal proceeding, to a person you have authorized, or to a buyer or successor as part of a merger, acquisition or transfer of our business, who will be bound by this policy.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies from Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PostHog, Meta (Facebook) and LinkedIn to measure how the site is used and to measure and target our advertising. These tools collect information such as pages visited, actions taken, browser and device details, IP address and approximate location. The MCP App does not set cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, limit ad identifiers on your phone, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage Google ad settings at myadcenter.google.com. Meta and LinkedIn offer similar controls in your account settings.

7. Marketing messages

We send marketing messages only if you opted in, for example by joining our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, or by contacting us. We may still send service messages we are required to send by law.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as the law requires, whichever is longer. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 10).

9. Security

We protect information with appropriate measures, including encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls with our providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without authorization, but we work to prevent it.

10. Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, and other laws that may apply to you, you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong or incomplete, and to delete it, except information we are required by law to keep. Email [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we can.

11. Children

The site and the MCP App are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed at children. Registering for our services requires you to be over 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
